	Serving only the finest top quality Sushi and Authentic Homestyle Japanese Cuisine. Japanese Owner and Chef Masatomo Soma has 10 years experience working under many master chefs and learning the art and design of creating and serving the best sushi and homestyle dishes to his customers. He works like an artist approaching a canvas. Each meal is a new creation, he prepares each plate to the customer's specific pallet, a true master. This presentation, as well as the meal, are both appreciated and enjoyed by the customer. When they are served the plate itself it is a gift, a culinary masterpiece. The small cozy dining room is casual with a touch of authentic elegance. It has nine tables that seat four and can easily accommodate up to as many as ten.	It's a first come first serve restaurant and you may bring your own bottle of wine or beer. Reservations are taken and recommended for a party of five or more. There are also 12 seats along the sushi bar where you can enjoy watching the artist/chef create beautifully choreographed custom made sushi dishes. The experienced staff is available to direct you to the most popular choices. Sushi pizza is an appetizer of deep fried sushi rice topped with spicy mayonnaise, raw tuna, onion, ginger and scallion. This is an original creation by their own chefs. More favorites are the shrimp tempura, donburies, sukiyaki and teriyaki dishes. All the menu dishes are made with their traditional ingredients for a homestyle authentic taste.
